Grants

All grants for woodland are administrated by Natural England, who work in a partnership with the Forestry Commission to compose applications

Grant availability and priorities vary from region to region however grants are available for many aspects of woodland management, ranging from invasive species removal, woodland planning, woodland creation and Tree Health.

Funding is available to:

  1. Create new woodland

  2. Support the preparation of management plans

  3. Address tree health issues

  4. Improve existing woodlands (Countryside Stewardship Multi annual)
